One could be pooling due to low adrenal function. Please get your am cortisol levels tested as well as saliva cortisol. YOu may also want to look at ferritin levels, e2, DHEA -s levels., reverse t3
Probably made you feel bad because you where a hyper converter leaving you with low ft4 and total t4 levels in the brain causing fatigue and may be altered moods. IT appears that you are either a hyper converter or you are pooling t3

Hyper converters are people that are on natural thyroid. This is the down side of armour leaving little t4 left with in the brain. In order to compensate for this armour may be adding 50 mcgs of T4 to replace the T4 depleted. If you are on t4 and t3 and have high t3 levels please look to adrenals or may want to reduce t-3 levels. When taking blood test it is recommended not to take your meds prior which can result in higher t3 levels.
