Dr Mariano what is a good broad-spectrum antihelminthic that can target a wide range of parasites which cause systemic disease?

I believe i have a parasite issue causing me severe issues but cannot get a diagnosis. My stool analysis was only positive for pinworms and a unknown parasite.

I am looking for a safe broad-spectrum antihelminthic i could use to see if this improves symptoms.

I have used mebendazole and albendazole OTC recently. Albendazole apparently has some broad-spectrum activity.
