Does exercise affect the amount of thyroid hormone produced or used up?

I have recently switched to levoT replacement (from armour 2 grains) and have reached a level which seems to really be helping me – 150mcgs.

My body has really reacted to the new levoT. initially i switched from armour 2 grains to levoT at 100mcgs. i felt great for 3 days and then became cold and tired with brain fog. i upped to 125mcgs and felt a bit better, but really felt good on 150mcgs.

So last week i was active most days:

    tuesday- gym
    wed – football 65mins
    thur – football 75mins
    fri – cycle 11miles
sat mountain bike – 16 miles.

    Sun – rest.

now in the eve of sunday i became tired and started to have some hypo symptoms. i felt similar on monday, but feel better today.

Does the exercise affect the thyroid function, or am i using up the T4 too much? Maybe i just need more T4 replacement.

i asked my endo would an active person use and need more T4 than a regular person on T4 replacement. he said no.
