I get this from time to time mostly if I have not had an orgasm in a long time. It’s just a little blood and normal but if this happens everytime something is wrong.

The only other reason i could think of is a hidden infection.

I have difficulty urinating for 6-8 months particularly at night time/midnight and after when i wake up from sleep it trickles out and i have to push.

In my urine analysis from Genova i had high levels of DHPPA caused by either clostridia or pseudomonas species. But my blood tests and general urine analysis done with a GP are “normal”?

I have done a Ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder while drinking water also and it was also fine.

So why is this happening…

Semen does not come from the bladder. Therefore, a urinalysis may not show anything.

The prostate gland and the seminal vesicles secrete the fluid that ultimately make up the fluid in sperm.

Thus an examination of these organs and their fluids may be far more useful than examining urine when there are abnormalities in seminal fluid.
