i note on here iron level is important in getting the thyroid to work well.

    my ferritin level in 2008 was 137 (22-322 ug/l)

    in 2009 it was 115.

are these very bad for a male aged 37?

if so what supplement should i take. is it simply basic iron tablets. or could i try eating liver once a week?

My current target is 150 for men, about 100-120 for women.
