I started on HC a week ago. Helped, but I got a little “sinusy” on it.

I tried Isocort today (3 pills am, 2 at lunch) and I got a noticeably better effect from it, without the sinusy effect.

I felt energized, mentally aware, and my hands were warm. I’m almost wondering if I got the “thyroid dump”.

I also feel sleepy tonight. Usually right now (I’m currently east coast and it’s 9:30 pm) I’m getting charged.

I wonder if my adrenals are actually getting in rhythm this quickly??

Anyways, does it make sense to stick to the Isocort, as long as I don’t exceed 8 pills in divided doses for the day?

IsoCort is generally similar in effect to Hydrocortisone.
However, it doesn’t increase acid reflux problems like naked hydrocortisone can.
It also has an additional herbal product which has a calming effect.
Generally, 1 tablet of IsoCort is similar to 2.5 mg of hydrocortisone. Eight a day is equivalent to about 20 mg of Hydrocortisone.
